v0.3.0 — Readable approvals and offline Markdown context

Approval details now show indented JSON with exact original view/copy. Commands and parameters soft-wrap without horizontal scrollbars.

Expanded context renders Markdown tables, lists, code and LaTeX formulas using bundled offline components. Long content remains scrollable; context loads only when expanded. Native decisions and original answer labels are unchanged.

Validation: 50 Node tests, real AppKit/WebKit layout and rendering regressions, CLT build/signature, package privacy and bundled asset/license checks. Installed native helper verified on macOS 27.0.1 / Apple Silicon. Live visible-window acceptance is separate; older OS/Intel need real-device validation.

This release contains source and build/install scripts. Build the helper locally with Command Line Tools; official binary/icon assets are not distributed. Upgrade retains the previous helper backup. See README and THIRD_PARTY.md.
