Add an optional native macOS session menu bar to DSH Notify.app: active conversations, expandable nested subagents and five recent root conversations, with workspace/session names, one-line previews, status labels and actual todo progress rings.
Official Pins precede pending input/approval, failures and running sessions. Row clicks use authenticated, acknowledged Desktop navigation while preserving independent question drafts. The existing DSH settings section can disable/re-enable the menu without disabling notifications.
Source installation uses Command Line Tools, Node22+ and the included dependency lockfile. Run npm ci --ignore-scripts, install the native helper, then restart Desktop. Existing helpers are backed up. No prebuilt App or official icon is distributed.
Validated: 96 Node tests, actual AppKit/WebKit component regressions, optimized source builds/signatures, fresh extracted-source installation and exact-head Node22/24/macOS CI. Live menu click acceptance is being checked separately; these checks do not certify older macOS/Intel devices or simultaneous Hosts.
