Skipped so many minor release, cus im fixing so many minor inconsistencies.

• Re-fixing the settings page and moving several things and phasing things out
• Fixed the layout overlappinng on musicfy page

added compat for android 8+ until android 12. these android version is experimental and may not be stable. please use android 14 and up for proper supports.

android 8-11 will not have blur
android 12-13 will have broken agsl shader on the lyrics
translation will feels clunky on android 11 and below.
