What's New

Per-Route Metrics

• vtether inspect now shows connections, packets, and bytes per route
• Byte counts displayed in human-readable format (KiB, MiB, GiB, TiB)
• Both forward (client -> backend) and return (backend -> client) traffic is counted

Thread Safety

• Route stats use PerCpuHashMap — each CPU maintains its own counters with no locking overhead, aggregated on read
• Documented conntrack map concurrency model: RSS/RPS flow steering ensures same-flow packets hit the same CPU, making the get-then-insert pattern safe in practice

Build

• Version now derived from git tags at build time — no manual Cargo.toml version bumps needed
