• Work Log: a finished turn folds its steps into "Worked for Xs", with a subagent row and an answer footer (copy, feedback, time).
• Working indicators: the sidebar counts a running thread's seconds, and an "N agents working · Stop" strip sits over the composer.
• Apple HIG fixes: plain error messages without RPC codes, "thread" wording everywhere, a destructive-styled restore button, the current reasoning level on its button, clamped skill descriptions, correct singular/plural, an icon on Settle, side-chat turns kept out of notifications, and the thread title kept visible in narrow windows.

• omo auto-update: on launch the app installs a newer omo release with the official installer before starting omo.
