Linux musl x86_64 is the operator binary (statically linked).
Windows is CRT-static PE (no IoRing). Darwin aarch64 is ad-hoc
codesigned, not notarized (xattr -d com.apple.quarantine).

Highlights

• Compact reconstruct: a unique short-id fill is not a block until the
  txs merkle to the compact header. Merkle-mutated compact is not cached
  BLOCK_FAILED (mainnet 966500/966501). Upgrade, then reorg.
• SH megakey rewind: DisconnectTip walks linked SH pages when
  extent_n exceeds the 64 MiB span-pread cap (Corrupt used to block
  equal-work sibling rewind).
• io_uring drain: drain_all waits for CQEs; 120 s of zero completions
  aborts (RBITCOIN_URING_DRAIN_HARD_SECS). Restart with RBITCOIN_IO=pread
  if the ring cannot complete.
• Resume seed: cyclic prev_fk edges no longer hang
  resume seed walk start.
• Same-block coinbase spends are immature; IBD lookup_taken_hi rewinds
  on post-lookup confirm reject so densify can re-getdata.
