Linux musl x86_64 is the operator binary (statically linked).
Windows is CRT-static PE (no IoRing). Darwin aarch64 is ad-hoc
codesigned, not notarized (xattr -d com.apple.quarantine).

Highlights

• Wipe 0.6.x stores: schema 24 refuses occupied schema-20 Class A
  (wipe datadir and redo IBD). Do not open a populated 0.6.x datadir in
  place. Empty 0.6 indexes rewrite meta.
• Faster IBD: loc rides the InFlight pin (load never loc-by-fk); body-queue
  header_fk skips header ensure; tip+1 hole racing by drain time; sequential
  header.body size/weight; BIP30 same-txid across a load wave.
• Smaller store: schema 22 create.loc + inwit.loc (no three Class A
  *.idx); compact txout amounts; sealed fuse8 + SH occupancy mmap (heap
  fuse8= / mphf_occ= only).
• Mempool persist: packed schema 2 — 5 s dirty tail, one-record DEAD
  pwrite, no full tx.body rewrite on block strip. Leftover schema 1
  converts on open.
• Frigate silent payments: Electrum blockchain.silentpayments.subscribe
  (session scan key) plus --sp-tweaks / silentpayments.unsubscribe.
• Wallet protocols: Electrum 1.6 (broadcast_package, mempool.get_info,
  outpoint.*) and 1.7 leftovers; cheap Esplora /blocks from stored
  size/weight (schema 24).
• Operator CLI / RPC: kebab-only (--sh-index, --sp-tweaks,
  --rpc-listen); TCP auth is Bearer {datadir}/rpc.token (no --rpcuser /
  .cookie).
• Testing: catalog journeys absorb leftover twins; Core functional run is
  production-only; live P2P IBD in default CI; production LCOV floor 92%.
• CRAP: required coverage runs cargo crap --fail-above 30 with a chewed
  allowlist (P2P / IBD / RPC / store extracts).
• Windows: positional IO on IOCP handles no longer heap-corrupts on
  seal-roll / query smoke.
