Validator-only fix: the capacity probe checks the miners' signed answers after the probe window; with ~310 scoring slots (multi-model hotkeys) the slots checked last were rejected as stale and their probe counted 0. The validator's nonce store now keeps nonces for at least 600 s. Validators on rc10/rc10.post1 should upgrade. Weights version 1250 unchanged; miners need no update.

Validator-only: engine former champions. The opening co-champions count as one former champion (each half after its own approval), champion share split 75/17/8 with 7-day former-champion slots, bounded keep-alive for the champion awaiting approval and for former champions holding a slot. Weights version 1250 unchanged; miners need no update.

Validators: run v1.2.0-rc10.post1 (validator-only follow-up, same weights version 1250). Note: the rc10 commit message mentions block 9333755; the code uses 9331987. The 08:35 UTC hold was a display problem on the miners page; weights were not affected.
