This release prepares Rebecca Node for the official 0.1.1 binary release and expands release binaries to match the panel release architecture set.

• Updated Rebecca Node fallback version to 0.1.1
• Added multi-architecture binary release builds for Linux and Windows
• Added Linux release assets for 386, amd64, arm64, armv5, armv6, armv7, and s390x
• Added Windows amd64 release asset
• Preserved the rebecca-node-binaries-linux-amd64 dev artifact used by the binary installer
• Added SHA256 checksum assets for every release binary
• Fixed release publishing for the artifact-only publish job
