• Editable filter search-box placeholder. The listing filter search box now shows a default placeholder of "Search by area / zip code" across all listing blocks. Each listing block adds a Search box placeholder control in the Gutenberg inspector so editors can override the text per block (leave blank for the default). The value also flows through the [listings] shortcode (filter_search_placeholder) and applies to both <rechat-map-filter> and the decomposed <rechat-filter-search>.
