Per-agent portal control

Admins can now manage each agent's brand + portal directly on the agent edit screen.

What's new

  • Editable Brand ID — the brand_id field on the agent edit screen is now admin-editable and saved (empty clears it). Rechat sync never overwrites it.
  • "Create & set portal" button (beside Portal hostname status): PUTs the portal for the agent's Brand ID, then POSTs the agent's subsite hostname, sets the registered flag, and updates the status live. Forces the request regardless of the skip flag, so re-running after changing the Brand ID works. Errors surface inline and in the Portal Log tab.
  • Hid the bulk "Map agent brands" button on the Sync Data tab (its AJAX handler is kept for later re-enable) — admins now do this per agent.

Version bumped 7.0.70 → 7.0.71.
