Single-site: portal setup on Sync

On single-site installs, Sync now sets up the brand portal:

  • PUT /brands/{brand_id}/portal (create/fetch), then
  • POST /brands/{brand_id}/portal/hostnames with the site domain.

Idempotent (skips if already registered), PUT-gated (no POST if PUT fails), and logged to the Portal Log tab. Multisite sync is unchanged — portals there are handled per-agent via the "Create & set portal" button.

Version bumped 7.0.73 → 7.0.74.
