Fix: Portal Log run buttons did nothing

The batched run script was printed inline mid-page, but rch_ajax_object (ajax url + nonce) is localized with rch-admin.js in the footer — so at inline-execution time it was undefined, the guard bailed, and no click handlers were attached. The buttons appeared but did nothing.

Fix

  • Embed ajax_url + nonce as data- attributes on the progress container (rendered by PHP, always present).
  • Attach the click handlers on DOMContentLoaded, reading those attributes — no dependency on the footer-loaded localize object.

The Run diagnostic / Run now batch loop now fires reliably.

Version bumped 7.0.78 → 7.0.79.
