Version 7.0.96

Changed

• New default agent headshot. Agents without a profile photo in Rechat now show a neutral, gender-neutral avatar icon (grey silhouette on a light background) instead of the blurred photo of a man with "Profile image is not available".
• Both placeholder files were updated (image-placeholder.jpg and the older image-placeholder.svg), so agents synced by older plugin versions get the new icon too. No re-sync or database change needed.
• File names are unchanged, so themes that detect and hide placeholder agents by filename keep working.

Note

• After updating, clear the site/CDN cache (Kinsta → Tools → Clear cache) so visitors stop seeing the old cached image.
