Fixed

• Broken listing pages showed a bare line of text. When a listing page (/listing-detail/…) could not be shown, visitors saw only "No listing details found for this ID." on a blank white page with no header or footer. It now opens inside the site's own theme (header, menu, footer) with a clear notice card and buttons back to the home page, plus a Browse listings button when the site has a page at /listings/, /search/ or /properties/.
• Covers every case: listing not found, listing removed, invalid link, and Rechat temporarily unreachable (with a Try again button).

Changed

• SEO: missing or removed listings now return a real 404 status so search engines drop dead listing URLs. Temporary Rechat errors return 503 so search engines retry later instead of dropping the page.

For theme developers

• Override the page with rechat/listing-not-found.php in the theme.
• Change texts / listings link with filters rch_listing_unavailable_title, rch_listing_unavailable_message, rch_listing_unavailable_search_url.
