Retracted Article Citation Alert

A Github Action that opens an issue when a retracted article is discovered in a .bib file in the repository.

The action is triggered only when a .bib file in the repository is updated.

The action uses data from RetractionWatch and matches in two ways: exact match to DOI or fuzzy match based on title, journal, year, and authors.
