v0.2.0 - Illustrated, polished

Cumulative rework relative to v0.1.0:

  - Em-dashes: 320 -> 0 across 16 files (parens for pairs,
    semicolons for pivots).
  - Rule-of-three: six surgical rewrites breaking parallel
    sentence triples; factual triples (CMD/PRJ/QRY, etc.)
    kept where the architecture genuinely names three.
  - Voice polish: ~9 'load-bearing' occurrences trimmed
    from formulaic uses (22 -> 13), 'soul' / 'TODO-list'
    word triggers eliminated.

New figures:
  - figs/pizza-architecture.svg (rewritten from scratch
    with proper 3-ring CMD/PRJ/QRY structure + 8 Desk
    wedges + crust + Event Store hub)
  - figs/reckon-cycle.svg (derived from corpus template,
    8 stages on rim + Orchestration at hub)
  - figs/cqrs-separated.svg (CMD -> store -> projections
    -> QRY, embedded in Ch1)
  - figs/dossier-metaphor.svg (3-Desk loan-application
    Dossier flow, embedded in Ch2)

Build: workflow now installs librsvg2-bin so Quarto's
PDF backend can rasterise SVGs for the LaTeX pipeline.
