Stable release 4.6.0

Hello, this is not an issue but simply a notice that stable will be pushed in a few days. There was a lot of pull requests recently so I did not want to push stable, but I think most of them got merged now. Therefore no pull requests should be merged without good reason, to catch any stray bugs in pre-release.

If anyone catches any crashes specific to pre-release or clearly wrong UI, then it should be reported here so that it can be fixed before stable.
