Wire the Guardex Active Agents tree to the colony worker's new /api/colony/tasks endpoint so each repo card's Overview summary reports colony task count + pending handoff count (when non-zero), and a collapsed Colony tasks section inside Advanced details lists one row per task. Fetch goes through node:http with an 800ms timeout and a 5s per-repo cache; when the worker is unreachable the tree renders exactly as today.
