[Enhancement] Enhance the Nav bar ,Visual consistency and UX in the donate page

Description

In the Donate page , the navbar containing "Current Sponsors" and "People We Sponsored" stretches across the full width of the page even though it only contains two tabs.

at the end of the current sponsor , there is this

The "Partner with us " Card uses light background while the sponsor card uses dark theme I t breaks visual consistency .

"Past Sponsors" Heading appears suddenly , not leaving enough separation between section

Current Problems

• Excessive Vertical Spacing
• Weak Visual Hierarchy
• Oversized Tab Container
• Low Visibility of Count Badges
• The transition between current sponsors and past sponsors is not visually prominent
• The "Partner with us " card appears visually disconnected from the surrounding content.

Expected Behavior

• Reduce unnecessary vertical whitespace.
• Improve content hierarchy by emphasizing sponsor names.
• Create a more compact and balanced tab navigation design.
• The transition between "Current Sponsors" and "Past Sponsors" should be more clearly defined.
• Increase badge visibility and contrast.
• Improve card spacing for better visual balance.
• The "Partner With Us" card should visually align with the overall dark theme of the sponsor section.
