Enhanced the sponsor page's UX

Description

The "Past Sponsors" heading was misaligned and visually different from the tabs — extra gap and different pill sizing. The tab badges were also low-contrast .And the "Partner with us " Card is not matching the theme which makes it visually imbalanced and inconsistent .

Changes Made

• In the issue I mentioned about the navbar fixing but reducing the panel narrows the visual anchor at the top, which can make the UI feel unbalanced on wide screens,So I keep it as it is .
• Increased font-size, weight, padding and min-width; added subtle box-shadow and higher contrast for dark theme so numbers are more visible.
• Added dark-theme variants for the pill and for the "Partner with Us " card .
