fix: rewrite intro-github page from scratch

Closes #1545

Changes made:

• Rewrote intro-github.md from scratch
• Fixed all plagiarism issues
• Fixed grammar errors (let's → lets, "Here want we do" → "Here what we do", etc.)
• Fixed factual error ("Linus Torvalds and Junior" → "Linus Torvalds")
• Expanded content from 450 words to 800+ words
• Removed intro-gitlab from sidebars.ts
