fix(testimonials): replace testimonial profiles with valid active GitHub avatars (#1983)

📌 Description
This PR addresses maintainer feedback on issue #1983 by replacing testimonial profiles that lacked valid GitHub avatar images with active Recode Hive maintainers and contributors who have verified GitHub profile photos.

⚙️ Changes Made

• Updated src/components/testimonials/TestimonialCarousel.tsx:
  • Replaced broken/missing avatar handles with active contributors (sanjay-kv, Rohitdey45, Adez017, iitzIrFan, codewithdhruba01).
  • Verified all profile photo URLs load valid 200/302 image responses from GitHub.

🧪 Testing

• Tested avatar image rendering in both dark and light modes.
• Verified smooth vertical carousel animation.
