Everything okay with the latest 2.6.5 release? Notes have weird issue links

The latest release https://github.com/rectorphp/rector/releases/tag/2.6.5 seems a bit odd to me.

Lots of the issue links point to old (2.5 years) unrelated issues. For example:

• "Directional cache invalidation on config change (8397)" points to "Documentation website down ?" from 2024
• "ShortenElseIfRector (8416)" points to "fix for configs with indent level different from 4" from 2024

The standard emoji based release note format isn't followed either. Not a big deal of course, but combined with the other a bit weird.
