Company Singlecase that this set had been designed stopped paying invoices and communicating 4 months ago, so this set won't be completed 😢
Due to very specific version (CakePHP 2.4 to Symfony 5.1) and timing (Q1 2020 - Symfony 5.1 target) this set would be only confusing to have in core code now.
Might be used in the future if needed 👍
