configuration file

YouPlot is a Ruby script, and its configuration is easy.
However, it may be useful to have a configuration file.
I'm not sure if this is really necessary. It's just an idea.

A very simple YAML file is available.

width : 40
height : 20

You can specify the file location with the YOUPLOTRC environmental variable.
The default location is here.
./.youplot.yml ./.youplotrc
If there is a configuration file in the working directory, that is used.
~/.youplot.yml, ~/.youplotrc
