Just a few basic additions for the new INPUT implemenation.

Now show how to compile the Red console and added a Contributing section mentioning the contributor guideline document and running tests.

Just an update using the latest version of the Readme.md with the FreeBSD in it.
Contributing section added and an example of how to compile the console from source.
Removed some less relevant remarks from earlier tries.
