Feat

• day-recap install copies the skill from the package to ~/.agents/skills/day-recap/SKILL.md. day-recap uninstall removes only that directory. init asks for paths and the allowlist in the terminal (#15).
• The config example ships inside the package as app/config.example.toml. The live sample chat is gone. If that block is still in your config.toml, delete it yourself (#14).

Fix

• The draft is printed in the chat as soon as it is assembled, before the question about what you decided. The block keeps only Done, Decisions, Discussions, and Open questions. Trimmings, In progress, Plan for tomorrow, and the line about chats missing from the config are no longer written. Uncommitted files become one Done line only when a session from that day says what the work is. If ~/.agents/skills/sepia/SKILL.md is readable, one sepia-write pass runs on the merged draft; if the file is missing, writing continues (#20).
