  • feat(mcp): add MCP resource subscribe/unsubscribe (TECH-5903 Phase B) — actually already shipped in v0.5.0 as fbf621a; included here for completeness of the diff range.
  • Allow self-registration with is_shared=True on baseline comms:write scope (#32, TECH-6002): comms_register's is_shared=True at first registration no longer requires the elevated comms:admin scope. comms_set_agent_shared and comms_admin_register are unchanged.
