Improvements

• Callout annotations can now be placed by dragging from the pointer tip to the bubble, while a click keeps the familiar automatic placement.
• Rectangle and ellipse tools now provide separate fill color and opacity controls.

• Fixed capture shortcuts sometimes needing an extra press or becoming unavailable after a picker, Quick Markup, or Copy & Close action.
• Fixed long single-line text wrapping while typing and preserved edits, manual line breaks, and native input-method text when editing annotations.
• Fixed horizontally resized text annotations snapping back instead of keeping their chosen width.
• Fixed callouts becoming difficult to select or reposition after being released near a canvas edge.
