Make udisksctl call non-fatal

When using jumpstarter from containers udisksctl doesn,t fully work, we
need to switch to using sys bus "eject" as described in #3 instead.

For now we just warn about the issue.

Support for storage_filter

Now, it's possible to filter the storage that Jumpstarter will try to use for image writing; this is useful when storage devices present multiple block interfaces, or when there are multiple jumpstarters working on the same host.

The detection of devices works by looking at /dev/disk/by-id/ and the storage_filter must be one part of the path.

Add power-on/off profiles

This version adds a few new commands:

• power which allows a power profile (on, off, force-on, force-off, rescue) which
  will use the 0.06 feature of the firmware to run a small scriptlet to handle power via pins:

i.e.:
jumpstarter power rescue orin-nx-00
jumpstarter power off orin-nx-00

• set-config, which allows setting config parameters stored into the board.

• get-config, which allows gett config parameters from the board:

New scripting format

The scripting format has been updated to not be similar to ansible,
avoiding confusion created around this.

A workaround for NVIDIA AGX Devkit console has been added.

retry out-of-band console opening

Sometimes the AGX console shows up but takes a few
seconds to actually be available.

This will retry opening OOB consoles.
