- And update for Mitaka: this might require additional updates based on feedback.
- Primarily for packstack deployments: do not document HA env.
- Remove outdated upgrade docs.
- Rename a menu item for packstack quickstart
- Should fix most of Update Upgrade doc to reflect current reality #328.
