Overview
Regenerates content/operate/rc/api/api-reference/openapi.json so the operationId values on the Data Integration workspace proxy operations match the current backend/OpenAPI output. Only identifier strings change across GET/PUT/POST/DELETE/PATCH on /v1/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/data-integration-workspace/** and .../data-integration-workspace (e.g. suffixes like _1–_9 are reassigned between methods).

Paths, parameters, summaries, and response definitions are unchanged; this is documentation/spec alignment, not an API contract change for URL or request shape.
