First alpha of the new SparkIV: a WinUI app on .NET 10 for GTA IV and Episodes from Liberty City (PC).

Install: download reditec.SparkIV-win-Setup.exe and run it. Windows may show a SmartScreen warning because the app isn't signed yet: choose "More info → Run anyway". SparkIV then updates itself; the channel is set in Settings → Updates.

New

  • WinUI app with viewers for archives, textures, models, animations, audio, scripts, cutscenes and collision.
  • The cutscene viewer renders like the game (lighting, shadows, post effects); known differences are in the issues.
  • Installer and self-update.
  • New logo.

Note: This is an alpha. Back up your game before changing files (SparkIV keeps the originals in Documents\SparkIV\Backups).

Requires a legally owned copy of the game; SparkIV contains no game data. Not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
