First GitHub-managed release with self-hosted automatic updates.

  • Bundles Plugin Update Checker: every install now sees the standard WordPress "update available" notice and can one-click (or auto-) update from this repo's Releases. No token required (public repo).
  • Includes all Setup/UX work to date: one-choice Protection Levels with cards, GA4 / Google Ads / Meta / GTM / WhatConverts gating, Google Consent Mode v2, WAF-safe (Wordfence) saves, sticky Setup-status panel, and the Records count.

To ship a future update: bump the version in red-olive-cookie-opt-out.php (header + ROCOO_VERSION) and readme.txt, commit, push, then create a Release tagged with the new version. See README.md.
