Support for Bootstrap v4. This is NOT backward compatible. For Bootstrap v3, use v0.0.3.

  1. Removed many paddings and margins in favor of BS v4 utillities.
  2. Removed element specific background and text colors in favor of BS v4 utilities.
  3. Removed Panels in favor of Cards in BS v4.
  4. Updated all documentation and examples.
  5. Use loops in LESS to create multiple colors instead of defining them one by one.
