  • oracledb_cdc: Implemented a log_count based algorithm for the Oracle CDC window strategy to improve change capture efficiency. (@josephwoodward, #4864)
  • postgres_cdc: Added support for incremental snapshot backfills that run alongside live replication, allowing tables to be captured in chunks without blocking the replication stream or restarting from the beginning after interruptions. (@josephwoodward, #4811)

Fixed

  • iceberg: Fixed schema evolution to reject nanosecond timestamp columns before table creation, preventing write failures that occurred when tables were created with unsupported timestamp types. (@squiidz, #4853)
  • metrics: Fixed Prometheus histogram timing metrics to use _seconds suffix instead of _ns in histogram mode, correcting the unit label and preventing remote-write rejections when mixing histogram and summary series in fleets with different settings. (@squiidz, #4546)
  • oracledb_cdc: Fixed LogMiner wait to respect context cancellation, preventing shutdowns from being blocked by long backoff intervals. (@Leward, #4881)
