v3.1 — Self-cancel, live door check-in & ticket polish

QrGate v3.1

Ticket lifecycle, live door ops and polish on top of the reserved-seating release (v3.0).

✨ New features

• Self-service cancellation — every confirmation email now carries a personal cancel link (per-ticket HMAC token, no login). Guests can cancel up to 24 h before the event; a Stripe-paid ticket is auto-refunded, the seat/capacity is released and stats are reversed. New animated, interactive cancel page (cancel.php) with a die-cut ticket-stub design.
• Live door check-in monitor — new "Live Einlass" widget on the admin dashboard: per-date sold / checked-in / pending counts and a rolling feed of the latest scans, polled every 8 s.
• Double-scan alarm — the handheld scanner now raises a loud visual + haptic alarm when an already-redeemed ticket is re-scanned, showing when it was first scanned.

🎟️ Ticket improvements

• Reserved seat number now printed on the PDF ticket and shown in the confirmation email (only for seated dates).
• Email + PDF are localized to the language the site was set to during purchase (DE/EN).
• New booking-success modal (ticket-stub style), screen-centered and fully i18n.
• Redesigned general-admission ticket-count stepper.

⚙️ Admin

• Configurable App-Domain in the dashboard — used to build the links (e.g. the cancel link) in emails.

🐛 Fixes

• Fixed seated-date availability showing "100/100 free" while seats were sold, and wrong capacity — seated capacity/availability now derives from the seat map + sold seats instead of the stale counter.
• Fixed seat columns never being persisted on ticket save.

v3.0 — Reserved Seating

Reserved Seating 🎫

QrGate v3.0 introduces reserved seating — sell specific seats for an event, not just a headcount.

✨ Highlights

• Seat Map Editor (Admin) — a visual, per-location hall designer built on Konva: place seats, rows, round/rectangular tables, stage, screen, walls and text labels. Fast row/block fill, price categories with colours, and one-click seat auto-numbering.
• Visual seat picker (Buyer) — choose how many seats first, then tap the hall. Seats you pick turn orange; the whole map fits your screen automatically (fit-to-width on mobile, whole-map on desktop) with zoom & pan.
• Auto best-seats / snap — pick the amount and let QrGate place adjacent seats for you, or tap a spot and it snaps a contiguous block there. An anti-fragmentation heuristic avoids stranding lone empty seats, with a gentle warning when your selection would leave one behind.
• Live availability + seat holds — availability polls every 5s and each selection places an atomic 10-minute hold, so two buyers can't grab the same seat at the same time.

🧭 Redesigned checkout

• Fullscreen, multi-step booking wizard (details → tickets & names → payment → confirm) with a clear step sidebar, tuned for elderly users and large halls.
• Extra-ticket name fields now live on the amount step (no longer hidden below the map).
• Compact, single-row progress bar on mobile so the form/hall get the full screen.

• Multilingual success messages and improved form-validation feedback.
• Theme management with system-preference support and an improved booking flow.
• README: documented reserved seating, the seat map editor and the new seat/seatmap API routes.
