What's Changed

feat: upgrade to MC version 1.21.5 (v8.1.0) by @reecepbcups in #10

Older versions may not work with this release.

Use v8.0.0 for MC 1.20.X and older
Use 7.0.0+ for MC 1.18+
1.8 - 1.17 should use 6.4.9-ALL (link to download from Spigot)
