Events Cooldowns and Tasks
A grab-bag of gameplay listeners, item cooldowns, and repeating tasks in ServerTools. Most of it lives in config.yml, with a few features pulling extra settings from their own companion .yml file that gets made on first run.
Needs: nothing for most. Withdraw needs Vault + an economy.
Blocks crafting or using stations (anvil, smithing table, grindstone, enchanting) for specific items, unless the player has the bypass perm.

Runs console commands when a player joins. Two buckets: first-ever join, and every join.

Turns some of a player's balance into a physical note item. /withdraw <amount / all> pulls money out of the player's balance and hands them a paper "note" worth that amount. You can also run /withdraw AMOUNT player from console.

Converts a player's XP into a bottle item (this is XP, not money). /xpbottle <amount / all> bottles up their experience, and drinking those bottles gives the XP back.

Stops beds from blowing up when used in the Nether or End.

Lets you remap commands to shorter aliases, block commands outright, add a pre-command cooldown, and disable commands per world. See the config for the full list of knobs.

All three sit under Cooldowns: and share Seconds plus message strings. %timeleft% shows the remaining time.

Less an on/off toggle, more a time controller. It locks configured worlds to day or night and re-syncs on an interval.
