reflow needs an lgtm from myself

Would it make sense for reflow not to require an lgtm from myself, if I've commented on the PR? Right now, I need to type lgtm into a comment on my PR before I can deliver a branch with reflow.

UPDATE:

I took a quick look. There is logic that attempts to remove the current user, but it's not working. Inside of git_hub.rb :

# remove the current user from the list to check
comment_authors -= [self.class.user]

Except, self.class.user is empty/blank.

However, if you use self.class.remote_user , that seems to work. Line 203 in git_hub.rb
