Add Asana integration documentation

Summary

Adds documentation for the Asana integration, mirroring the existing Linear integration doc structure. Three files changed:

• New plans/integrations/asana.mdx — Covers connecting via PAT, agent capabilities (read tasks, update fields, add comments), and tips (task GIDs, sharing links)
• Updated plans/integrations/overview.mdx — Adds Asana to the context sources table and CardGroup
• Updated docs.json — Adds Asana to the sidebar navigation under Integrations

Review & Testing Checklist for Human

• Verify the setup steps match the actual product UI — The connect flow (Settings → Integrations → Asana → PAT → Test Connection → Save) was written from spec, not verified against the live UI. Confirm each step is accurate.
• Verify agent capabilities are accurate — The doc claims agents can read task details (name, description, assignee, due date, status), update task fields, and add comments. Confirm this matches the actual integration implementation.
• Check the Asana developer console link — Confirm https://app.asana.com/0/my-apps is the correct URL for PAT generation.
• Verify the list-check icon renders — Used icon="list-check" for the Asana card in the overview. Confirm this Font Awesome icon exists in Mintlify and looks appropriate (other options: clipboard-list, bars-progress).

Test plan: Deploy a preview build and navigate to the Plans → Integrations section. Verify the Asana page renders correctly, the sidebar link works, and the overview page shows Asana in both the table and card grid.

Notes

• No lint/build tooling in this repo to verify locally — relies on Mintlify's preview deployment for validation.
