RigOne v1.1.0

RigOne v1.1.0 adds initial Hamlib support alongside the existing direct Icom IC-7300 control path.

Highlights

  • Added Hamlib connection support for wider radio compatibility.
  • Added backend-aware controls so unavailable features are disabled or hidden when the selected radio path does not support them.
  • Added automatic GitHub update checking with release notes, download, and download-and-install options.
  • Retained direct IC-7300 support with frequency, mode, PTT, audio mute/live, S-meter, panadapter, and waterfall functionality.
  • Improved the visual layout, RigOne branding, support dialog, footer tagline, rotary tuning control, and signal display.
  • Included bundled Hamlib runtime files in the Windows build.

Hamlib Status

Hamlib support has currently been tested with an Icom IC-7300 only.

Feedback from radio operators using other Hamlib-supported radios is very welcome, especially around frequency control, mode changes, PTT, audio mute/live behaviour, and S-meter reporting.

Panadapter and waterfall display are only available where RigOne can obtain live scope data. Generic Hamlib control does not currently provide the IC-7300 scope frames used by RigOne's direct IC-7300 mode.

Install

Download and run:

RigOne-Setup-v1.1.0.exe
