RigOne v1.1.5 usability and panadapter polish release.

Changes:

  • Added five subtle frequency markers beneath the live IC-7300 waterfall, showing left edge, left-mid, centre, right-mid, and right edge frequencies.
  • Added small vertical tick marks aligned with the waterfall frequency markers for clearer visual reference.
  • Fixed marker and scope-range flicker between live scope frames.
  • Added concise tooltips across the main controls, including the VFO display, rotary dial, tuning step, frequency rounding, S-meter, panadapter controls, display modes, connection controls, and settings fields.
  • Added a tooltip for the signal meter explaining signal strength and peak-hold indication.
  • Brightened the waterfall frequency tick markers while keeping them thin and unobtrusive.
  • Kept panadapter polling at the smoother 100 ms interval after testing faster polling.
  • Retained RigOne's fixed dark theme so Windows Light mode does not alter button hover or selection contrast.

Notes:

  • Native IC-7300 direct control remains the fullest RigOne experience, including live scope/panadapter/waterfall support.
  • Hamlib support remains available for other radios, but available features depend on what each Hamlib backend exposes.
  • Panadapter/waterfall support may not be available through Hamlib, even for radios with their own waterfall display.
  • Feedback from operators using other Hamlib-supported radios is very welcome.
