Highlights

• Added experimental native IC-7300 Power / Standby control.
• Added native IC-7300 VOX control.
• Moved Mute, PTT, and VOX into the main operating panel with matching embedded LED-style indicators.
• Improved IC-7300 wake-up handling so RigOne retries connection after sending the power-on command.
• Corrected the Active VFO tooltip so it accurately says left click tunes up and right click tunes down.
• Added panadapter and waterfall hover frequency badges, plus a short teal click marker when tuning from the scope display.
• Improved Hamlib capability handling so IC-7300 and Yaesu FT-DX10 support is based on verified Hamlib model capabilities rather than the current UI state.
• Enabled Hamlib NB, NR, and VOX where the selected Hamlib backend genuinely exposes them, including IC-7300 model 3073 and FT-DX10 model 1042.
• Added FT-DX10 Hamlib serial handling for the verified 8N2 hardware-handshake configuration, with clearer baud-rate guarding.
• Kept Hamlib panadapter/waterfall disabled where Hamlib does not expose live scope data.
