Phase 2: Machine distribution and integration

AcqPath is easier to discover by RSL rights-preflight intent and integrate before AI input, RAG indexing, training or search. This release publishes 19 documentation pages, machine-readable service/OpenAPI/pricing/capability assets, a public integration skill, and bounded JavaScript/TypeScript/Python integration examples. Paid delivery remains a private HTTP/x402 buyer flow; reports are not licenses or legal clearance.

Public documentation: https://developers.getacqpath.com
MCP endpoint: https://api.getacqpath.com/mcp
The official MCP Registry metadata revision is 3.1.0-rc.2; the production backend is unchanged. Smithery and Glama listings were independently read back; Glama ownership was verified through the approved DNS proof.

Validation: 85 local tests pass; Windows and Ubuntu CI pass. Public docs verification checks 44 resources, 27 links, headers and the custom 404 on both hostnames. Public source and the 17-file client package passed Gitleaks review. No real payment or wallet signature was performed. npm publication remains disabled by owner request.

Channel/search outcomes, owner gates, the single-read revenue baseline and the proposed Bazaar compatibility work are documented in CHANNEL-MATRIX.md, DISCOVERY-TESTS.md, REVENUE-BASELINE.md, REVENUE-OPTIMIZATION.md and BAZAAR-COMPATIBILITY.md. The acceptance checklist records exact deployment and verification evidence. Docker awaits owner publication approval, Context7 sign-in, and PulseMCP intake reopening. Bazaar/x402scan remain blocked by the unchanged core contract.

Final verified commit: e66e8b4

The attached phase2-final-verification.json records exact checks, timestamps and artifact hashes. Root distribution materials remain UNLICENSED; the approved MIT license applies only to the client. No production core, prices, recipients, Access, routing or reconciliation were modified.
