• Serve canonical bootstrap markdown directly at https://foragents.dev/b (file-backed: public/bootstrap.md)\n- Remove /api/bootstrap.md endpoint and update share links to /b\n- Simplify onboarding surfaces (quickstart/getting-started/get-started UI prompt) to only point to /b\n\nPer Ryan: single canonical bootstrap surface at /b.\n\nSupersedes PR Add bootstrap.json config for polling defaults #45 (bootstrap.json + /api/bootstrap.json approach).
