Remote autodetection leads to spawning of many jobs

This happens since the submitted job for the autodetection will respawn a job if it does not find the remote host topology which will byitself submit another job.

login-node -> autodetection job 1 on compute node
autodetection job 1 on compute node -> autodetection job 2 on compute node
.
.
autodetection job n-1 on compute node -> autodetection job n on compute node

This could be easily fixed by exporting export RFM_REMOTE_DETECT'=False to the script submitted for the autodetection

This can be reproduced only if the RFM_CONFIG_FILE is set and the corresponding configuration has remote autodetection enabled.
