Unsupported operation error when setting the RFM_GIT_CLONE_TIMEOUT

The actual error is:

unsupported operand type(s) for +: 'float' and 'str' which is a result of using the string passed to the timeout for git clone without converting it to an actual number

I checked and with the configuration it works fine.

Adding a type keyword should fix this problem, right?!
