Git clone should not be interrupted based on the `RFM_GIT_CLONE_TIMEOUT` value

The correct behaviour would be to to apply a timeout when checking for the existence of the repo and not while the repo is being cloned.

@teojgo This is true. My bad! I do not know why I added timeout argument to git clone command. Do you want me to put up a PR?

@mahendrapaipuri yeah you can create a PR. You could add the timeout option to a prepending command checking whether the git repo exists. Also adapt the documentation.
